Customer Service Retail Associate

Starting pay starts around $16.50-$18 per hour (tips available) based on qualifications (plus unlimited commissions).

PWG Range is a family-focused facility that caters to education and safety-related to firearms. We are one of the largest indoor gun ranges in the country with a retail pro shop consisting of over 3,500 square feet of retail space and upwards of $2 Million in inventory.

The right candidates will have an outgoing personality and retail sales experience. Firearm knowledge not required. Additional skills such as excellent interpersonal skills, computer literacy, ability to multi-task, and be a team player are also important factors. Anyone applying must be able to legally possess a firearm (therefore at least 21 years of age).

Position Responsibilities Include:

Experience in operating cash register, personal computer, and various software packages, including POS and inventory management systems.

Position Requires:

• Retail sales or customer service experience required.
• Must be legally able to purchase and possess firearms to ensure compliance of firearms sales department and must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have strong communication skills.
• Ability to communicate with employees and various business contacts in a courteous, professional, and positive manner.
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a team environment.
• Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships
